Maple Intake & Co. is a client intake and workflow management platform designed for legal, immigration, and professional service providers. It enables users to collect structured client information, manage submissions, and review responses.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations
4. Account Usage
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in any illegal activities through the platform
- Misuse, mishandle, or improperly disclose data of others
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or compromise system security
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without authorization
6. Subscription and Billing
The platform offers paid subscription plans with monthly, six-month, and yearly billing cycles. New accounts may include a free trial period. Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of any data you or your clients submit through the platform. By using Maple Intake, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maple Intake & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any legal or business outcomes resulting from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, and remaining data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
